How it works
1. A complimentary consultation
Your first 30-minute video call is complimentary and comes before any deposit. We talk through your ideas, diamond preferences, budget, and questions. Come with a Pinterest board, a photo, or nothing at all.
2. We design it together
Alyssa works with you to bring your ideas to life, developing an initial design based on your style, preferences, and budget.
3. Your proposal & deposit
We send you a personalized proposal with a design sketch and pricing. Once you're ready to move forward, a 50% deposit gets your custom project started.
4. We source your diamond
Alain sources your lab-grown or natural diamond through our trusted partners, walking you through options until you find the right one.
5. You approve the 3D design
We create a detailed 3D design of your ring and refine it with your feedback. Nothing goes into production until you approve it.
6. Crafted, approved, delivered
Your ring is carefully crafted and finished. We send detailed videos for your final approval, then collect the remaining balance. Your ring is shipped fully insured via FedEx, with a signature required.
7. How long does it take?
Most custom projects take approximately 4–6 weeks from your initial deposit to completion.

We're Alain and Alyssa, a husband-and-wife team based in Southern California. Alyssa leads design and turns your ideas into a ring. Alain handles diamond sourcing and keeps the details of your project on track. You'll work directly with Alain and Alyssa throughout the design process.
Lab-grown or natural, we'll help you choose
We work with both, and we don't push either. Both are real diamonds, graded on the same 4Cs. The right choice depends on what matters most to you: origin, size, specific grading priorities, or how you want to spend your budget across the stone and the setting.
On the call, we'll walk you through the trade-offs for your ring and show you real options for either path.
Pricing
Custom projects start at $3,000. Most of the engagement rings we design are between $5,000 and $7,000.
Your price comes down to the center stone (lab-grown or natural, size, and grade), the metal, and the complexity of the setting. We'll talk through your budget on the first call, agree on what's included, and design within that range, so you know where the project stands before it moves forward.

How much does a custom engagement ring cost?
Custom projects start at $3,000, and most engagement rings are between $5,000 and $7,000. The center stone drives most of the price, followed by the metal and the complexity of the setting.
How long does it take?
Typically 4–6 weeks once the required design and diamond approvals are complete. If you have a proposal date, tell us on the first call.
How does it work if we're not in the same city?
Everything happens remotely. We meet on video, share your design and 3D renderings digitally, send final videos of your ring for approval, and ship it insured within the U.S.
I don't know much about diamonds. Is that a problem?

Should I choose lab-grown or natural?
It depends on your priorities. We work with both and will walk you through the trade-offs for your specific ring. There's no wrong answer, only the right one for you.
Do I approve the design before it's made?
Yes. Your design is developed with you, and nothing goes into production until you approve the detailed 3D design. We also send final videos of the finished ring before it ships.
How is my ring delivered?
We ship via FedEx, insured, with a signature required. We ship within the U.S.
