Custom projects start at $3,000, and most engagement rings we design fall between $4,000 and $6,000. Your final price depends mostly on the center stone, metal, and complexity of the setting. That is completely fine. You do not need to know diamond terminology or arrive with a finished design. Bring a screenshot, Pinterest board, photo of a ring she likes, or even just a few things you know about her style. We will help you narrow it down from there.

Your first step is a free 30-minute video consultation with Alyssa. We then send a proposal with a preliminary design sketch. Once you approve the proposal and pay the 50% deposit, we open a group chat with you and Alain begins sourcing diamonds. You approve your diamond and the detailed 3D CAD design before production. We then share final videos for your approval, collect the remaining balance, and ship your finished ring insured via FedEx.

Yes. We work remotely with clients worldwide. Your consultation with Alyssa takes place over video, and your proposal, design updates and diamond options are shared digitally. After your deposit, we open a group chat to keep you involved. We ship internationally via FedEx, insured, with a signature required; you do not need a U.S. delivery address.

Most custom engagement rings are finished in approximately 4–6 weeks from the 50% deposit. That includes diamond sourcing, detailed 3D design approval and production. Your initial consultation and proposal come before the deposit; insured shipping follows completion. Some projects take longer depending on sourcing, revisions and approvals. We generally recommend contacting us 8–10 weeks before a proposal date to allow a buffer. Rush requests are reviewed case by case. Yes. We source options based on your preferences and budget, explain the differences that matter for your ring, and get your approval before moving forward with the selected center stone.

Yes. You will see a detailed 3D design of your ring before it goes into production. We can make revisions during the design stage, and nothing is produced until you approve the final design.

Not at all. Many of our clients are buying their first diamond. Alain will walk you through the options and explain what actually matters for your ring so you can make a confident decision without becoming a diamond expert first.

Yes. We work with both lab-grown and natural diamonds, and we do not push everyone toward one option. We will help you compare them based on your priorities, including origin, size, grading characteristics, availability, and how you want to allocate your budget between the diamond and the setting.

Absolutely. Send us screenshots, saved posts, Pinterest images, or different elements from several rings you like. Alyssa can use those references to understand the overall look you are after and develop a design specifically for you rather than simply copying another ring.

A 50% deposit starts the project before diamond sourcing and 3D design work begins. The remaining balance is collected before the finished ring is delivered.

We do not currently offer financing for custom projects. Projects are structured around the 50% initial deposit and the remaining balance before delivery.

Finished pieces are shipped through FedEx, insured, and require a signature. We send final videos of the finished piece for your approval before it is shipped.
