How long does it take?
About 4–6 weeks from your deposit to the finished ring, plus shipping. Have a proposal date? Reach out 8–10 weeks ahead. See the timeline
Lab-grown or natural diamond?
We offer both, with no pressure either way. Every center stone comes with an independent grading report (IGI for lab-grown, GIA for natural), and you approve it before it's set.
Do you ship anywhere?
Yes. Consults and design updates happen over video, and we ship worldwide by insured FedEx with a signature required. No U.S. address needed.
Is there a warranty?
Every ring comes with a 1-year limited warranty, and your first resize is free in the U.S. Warranty details
