Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 20, 2026

DMND Ave ("DMND Ave," "we," "us") is a custom fine-jewelry studio in Southern California run by Alain and Alyssa Dargham. We design custom engagement rings and fine jewelry for clients around the world through remote video consults. This policy explains what information we collect on dmndave.co and through our conversations with you, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Business name: DMND Ave. We are a fully remote studio. Contact: hello@dmndave.co

What we collect

  • Contact info you give us: your name and email address, for example when you fill out an inquiry form, book a video consult, or join our email list.

  • Mobile number (only if you opt in): if you choose to receive texts from us, we collect your mobile phone number and a record of your consent.

  • Inquiry and booking details: what you tell us about your project, like ring style, diamond preferences, budget range, timeline, ring size, and consult scheduling details.

  • Order details: shipping address and the info needed to complete your project. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we don't store your full card number.

  • Website usage data: we use Google Analytics to understand how people use our site (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, how you found us). This is collected through cookies and similar tools.

  • Email engagement: we use Mailchimp to send emails. Mailchimp may tell us whether an email was opened or a link was clicked.

How we use it

  • To answer your inquiry and run your video consult

  • To source diamonds, design your piece, and keep you updated through production and delivery

  • To send emails you signed up for (you can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email)

  • To send texts if you opted in (see SMS Terms below)

  • To improve our website and understand what's working

  • To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We only share what's needed with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host (Squarespace), Google Analytics, Mailchimp, our texting provider, payment processor, and shipping carrier (FedEx). We may also share information if required by law.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent: If you separately opt in, DMND Ave may text you about your inquiry, consultation, and project. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help, or email hello@dmndave.co. We never sell mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data, or share them with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We disclose them to messaging service providers only as necessary to deliver our messages, not for their independent marketing.
